The much awaited sequel video series has arrived. A complete new look for the new millenium. Patricia and Chris Steele have outdone themselves in this innovative, trend-setting new video concept. This video series contains the same workout that is done at SteeleBoxer.
Steele, having trained for 26 years, popularized the idea of boxing and kickboxing for men and women through national magazine articles and television shows. Two of his instructional videos are in the top ten of fitness videos sold for the last seven years.
A challenging, up-close, intense, serious,
high-quality, one-on-one and progressively instructional boxing/kickboxing
workout in a boxing ring simulating an actual modern-day, 12-round boxing
match combined with technique, stretch and weights --- an overall
well-balanced fitness workout. These videos are tailored to make you
feel as though you have a private boxing/kickboxing trainer in your own
living room. This is definitely not "the same old thing" type
video series. While
encompassing all of the Basic, Intermediate and
Advanced elements of excellent quality boxing/kickboxing, you will find the
different scenarios portrayed not only entertaining and instructional but
mesmerizing. We understand that you, being a sophisticated audience, are
seeking more in the way of visual stimulation in all aspects of your
life....fitness videos being one of them which prompted us to create this
video series.
You, the viewer, in all 4 videos, represented by
the talent, Patricia Steele, actually have the opportunity to feel what it's
like to be the competitor in the "Battle of the Bulge", an actual
boxing/kickboxing match where you, fight the opponent,
Mrs. French Fry, represented in the video by the
the trainer and creator of the SteeleBoxing
technique, Chris Steele. We present serious, quality boxing/kickboxing
instruction in a light-hearted style, while injecting comic relief to achieve
entertainment value for you as well as a fabulous
workout. We don't allow for boredom in our videos.
They are high energy, fast-paced and innovative. This design will
attract those of you 30 and up while our MTV music video type format will also
appeal to those of you in your teens through 20's.
This series while being extremely intense gives
you an incredible workout just by doing the
boxing/kickboxing moves properly without the
necessity of ever having to "jump up and down" as
with other videos on the market. It's user
friendly for the beginner such as Oprah Winfrey and
it's challenging enough for the most advanced
fitness buff like Sugar Ray Leonard. Consider
our series one in which you can really learn
something while working out to the max.
Each video in the series presents the workout as a
12-round fight. In all four videos every four
rounds increase the workout from Beginner to
Intermediate to Advanced. Each round reflects
the different theme changes, style of dress,
atmosphere and music all the way up to the 12th
round. There are four entirely different
segments (theme changes) all of which are part of the
entire boxing/kickboxing event. Our goal
here is to diversify the workouts in that we have
changed the atmosphere for each round so that you
feel a sense of being transported to a
different place each time you begin a round.
Round cards are displayed between rounds as in a standard boxing match.
The talent is then shown between each round in the corner briefl
In addition to voiceovers during the
boxing/kickboxing routines there are also voiceovers during the explanation of
the technique, weight training, floor exercises and stretching segments.
You are guided every step of the way. The voiceovers come across more as
the voice of a private instructor speaking to you one-on-one rather than a
class instructor shouting out commands to a group.
Each of the videos in the series contain
approximately three separate 3-minute workouts from Beginner to Intermediate
and then on to Advanced. The beauty of these workkouts is that we have
organized them in such a way that you, early on in the training, can choose
only to do a complete
Beginner workout using the technique, stretch and
weights to warm up before and cool down after the four Beginner rounds.
You can then choose to do the Intermediate and Advanced at a different time,
when you feel ready. An advanced viewer, however, can do all
three workouts getting
progressively challenged each time with the option
of technique, stretch and weight training
as a warm up or cooldown before and after the
entire 12 rounds (if you feel you can handle it...)
or between each segment. Each of the 93
minute videos offers you many options for working
out as well as providing you with a lot more
"content" fo the money you spent to purchase the
videos.
It is important to note that not only do each of
the four videos contain Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced workouts that get
progressively challenging within each video, but they get progressively
challenging from video to video. Once you
complete the training in all four videos, there is no
doubt that rather than having just experienced
"a fabulous and fun workout" you will be well on your way to
really having learned a sport --boxing/kickboxing!
Remember, as far as the boxing/kickboxing
match....you, are the winner every time you do a workout.
Our SteeleBoxing concept captures the fun,
creativity and imagination throughout the workouts
and portrays the "year 2000 woman" to be
exciting, enjoys working out, is in shape, confident, sexy, and has a subtle
toughness as well as a softness about her. You can also have it all and
incorporate all of these qualities into one. That should be you goal and
SteeleBoxer can help you accomplish that goal.
The content and quality of this new series
while establishilng a new standard will set us apart from the rest in the
world of fitness videos, just as Michael Jackson's Thriller music video became
the
new standard in the music video industry.
With the influx of recent boxing movies including men
and women and the steadily increasing interest in
women's professional boxing such as Ali's daughter and other pro-boxing women, our series is
very timely. Boxing/kickboxing is not a fad and is definitely here to stay.
