PATRICIA'S STORY
Here we are ringside and I'd like to speak with you for few
minutes before
we begin our competition. The fact that you're here right now
watching
this video shows me that you have already decided to enter into a new
world
of fitness.
Let me tell you a little bit about myself in the fitness department.
I was
overweight ever since I was a little girl. I never really worked
out and
thinking that I was, as they say "big boned" I just accepted
it. I also
thought that working out was just too much trouble. Actually
when I did
try it I never really made enough progress on my own to want to
continue.
I just didn't have the discipline.
One day after trying to squeeze into one pair of pants too many and
trying
to figure out what to wear to hide my body to go to the pool, I took a
cold, hard look at myself in the mirror and you know what, I really
didn't
like what I saw. So, I made a New Year's resolution to finally
get rid of
my excess baggage. I joined a local fitness gym and took aerobics
three
times a week. It really got me going. I was driven and committed
.I
actually began to enjoy working out and looked forward to it. I
did lose
some weight, but by no means did I get into the physical shape I truly
yearned to be in.
This training really put me into the shape I always wanted to be in.
With
all of the kicking and punching, you can't help but get the best
aerobic
workout of your life and lean out your arms and legs in the process.
You're always learning new techniques and it's never boring.
It's just an
overall, fabulous, well-balanced workout! Once you do it you may
become
addicted like I did.

Remember, to look at this workout as a fun, learning experience that
as a
byproduct will help you lose weight, tighten up and really get you
into
shape. The best part is that you will actually learn ways to
defend
yourself if you ever really need to.
This video as well as the other videos in the series are based on a
twelve-round fight scenario and you are the competitor. It's up-beat, fun
and it will
really keep you motivated. This is not your typical work-out
video. There are lot's or surprises, so
hang on for the ride of your life!!!
